§ 36-2001 — PACIFIC MARINE FISHERIES COMPACT — EXECUTION
The governor of the state of Idaho is authorized to execute a compact on behalf of this state with the states of California, Oregon and Washington for the purpose of cooperating with those states in the Pacific Marine Fisheries Commission.
