(a)There is hereby created the fish and game advisory committee. The committee shall consist of twelve (12) members. Six (6) members of the committee shall be appointed by the director of the department of fish and game to generally represent wildlife interests. Six (6) members of the committee shall be appointed by the director of the department of agriculture to generally represent agricultural interests. At the beginning of each odd-numbered year, the director of the department of agriculture shall appoint a chairman from among his appointees, and the director of the department of fish and game shall appoint a vice-chairman from among his appointees.
