§ 36-110 — FISH AND GAME FEDERAL ACCOUNT

All moneys received from the federal government for the administration of any aspect of the fish and game laws of this state shall be deposited in the fish and game federal account, which is hereby established in such fund as the state controller directs. Moneys in the fish and game federal account are subject to appropriation, and the provisions of section 67-3516, Idaho Code. Moneys in the account shall be invested by the state treasurer in the manner provided for investment of idle state moneys in the state treasury by section 67-1210, Idaho Code, if not prohibited or limited by the terms of applicable federal law or rule. Interest earned on all such investments shall be paid into the fish and game federal account.
