§ 34-2002 — TERM INCUMBENT DEFINED

Idaho·Title 34 ELECTIONS·Ch. 20 ELECTION CONTESTS OTHER THAN LEGISLATIVE AND STATE EXECUTIVE OFFICES
The term "incumbent" in this chapter means the person whom the canvassers declare elected.
