Text

The secretary of state shall prepare a handbook which sets forth the qualifications of an elector which shall aid the judges of election to determine whether a person is qualified to vote at the election. A sufficient number of these handbooks shall be transmitted to each county clerk who shall provide each polling place with a sufficient number of copies.
