Whenever a proposition for the creation of a school subdistrict shall have been approved in the manner set forth in section 33-351, Idaho Code, the board of trustees of the school district shall enter in its minutes an order providing for the establishment and creation of the school subdistrict setting forth therein the legal description of the boundaries thereof and shall designate therein a name for such school subdistrict. Within ten (10) days after the entry of the order creating such school subdistrict, the board of trustees shall certify the fact of the creation of such school subdistrict to the state board of education and to the board of county commissioners of each county in which any part of the school subdistrict is located, by the filing of a certified copy of the order of the
