Each school-community library district shall be governed by a board of trustees of five (5) members, who at the time of their selection and during their terms of office shall be qualified electors of the district.

(1)Four (4) of the trustees shall be elected. The procedure for nomination and election of trustees shall be as provided for the nomination and election of trustees of a library district pursuant to this chapter. Each school-community public library district may be divided into four (4) trustee zones with each zone having approximately the same population. In order for a school-community public library district to be divided into trustee zones, the board of trustees shall pass a motion declaring the district to be divided into trustee zones and present a description of boundarie
