(1)Every school district must determine maximum enrollment for each grade-level. The district will use the maximum enrollment to determine space available for transfer applications. For secondary grades, a district may use core classroom size per grade level as the standard to determine maximum enrollment.
(2)Not less than four (4) times during the school year, every school district shall publicly post on its website the space available at each grade-level and at each school. Space available shall be determined by comparing the maximum enrollment to the number of pupils actually enrolled. A school district that does not meet the minimum sample size necessary to prevent unlawful release of personally identifiable student data established pursuant to subsection (5) of this section is not s
