§ 33-1210 — INFORMATION ON PAST JOB PERFORMANCE

Idaho·Title 33 EDUCATION·Ch. 12 TEACHERS
(1)As used in this section:
(a)"Applicant" means an applicant for employment in a certificated or noncertificated position who is currently or was previously employed by a school district.
(b)"Employer" means a school district employer.
(2)Before hiring an applicant, a school district shall request the applicant to sign a statement:
(a)Authorizing the applicant’s current and past employers, including employers outside of the state of Idaho, to release to the hiring school district all information relating to the job performance and/or job related conduct, if any, of the applicant and making available to the hiring school district copies of all documents in the previous employer’s personnel files established pursuant to sections 33-517 or 33-518, Idaho Code, or investigative or other f
