§ 31-4406 — ORDINANCES REGULATING OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE — CRIMINAL PENALTIES — INJUNCTION
The board of county commissioners shall by ordinance provide for the necessary rules and regulations for the operation and maintenance of solid waste disposal systems. In addition to the criminal penalties provided for violation of a county ordinance, whenever it appears to the board of county commissioners that any person has engaged or is about to engage in any act or practice constituting a violation of any provision of this act or of a county ordinance enacted pursuant to this act, the board may bring an action in any court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin any such acts or practices and to enforce compliance with this act or any ordinance hereunder.
