Jefferson county is described as follows: beginning at a point where the township line between range thirty-one (31) and range thirty-two (32) east, intersects the township line between townships three (3) and four (4) north; Southern boundary. Thence east along said township line between townships three (3) and four (4) north, to the southeast corner of section thirty-three (33), township four (4) north, range forty-one (41) east; Eastern boundary.
