§ 30-30-602 — QUALIFICATIONS OF DIRECTORS

Idaho·Title 30 CORPORATIONS·Part 6 DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS·Ch. 30 IDAHO NONPROFIT CORPORATION ACT
All directors must be individuals. If the corporation is a cooperative, all directors must be members of the corporation, provided, that unless otherwise provided in the bylaws, a person who has the right to vote on behalf of an entity that is a member of the corporation may serve as a director. The articles or bylaws may prescribe other qualifications for directors.
