§ 30-24-704 — POWER OF LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE OF DECEASED PARTNER
Idaho·Title 30 CORPORATIONS·Part 7 TRANSFERABLE INTERESTS AND RIGHTS OF TRANSFEREES AND CREDITORS·Ch. 24 LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS
If a partner dies, the deceased partner’s legal representative may exercise:
(1)The rights of a transferee provided in section 30-24-702 (c), Idaho Code; and
(2)For the purposes of settling the estate, the rights of a current limited partner under section 30-24-304, Idaho Code.
