Idaho·Title 30 CORPORATIONS·Part 7 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS·Ch. 21 IDAHO UNIFORM BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS CODE
The legislature of this state has power to amend or repeal all or part of this act at any time, and all domestic and foreign entities subject to this act are governed by the amendment or repeal.
