§ 30-21-403 — ADDRESSES IN FILING
Idaho·Title 30 CORPORATIONS·Part 4 REGISTERED AGENT OF ENTITY·Ch. 21 IDAHO UNIFORM BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS CODE
If a provision of this part other than section 30-21-410 (a)(4), Idaho Code, requires that a record state an address, the record must state:
(1)A street address in this state; and
(2)A mailing address in this state if different from the address described in subsection (1) of this section.
