§ 28-5305 — PURCHASE AND SALE
(1)Digital assets may be purchased and sold in the same manner and subject to the same laws of this state as other personal property. A purchaser or seller may be identified in any way including by name, identifying number, private key, office, or account number.
(2)Except as provided in subsection (3) of this section, a purchaser takes a right to payment, right to performance or interest in property evidenced by a digital asset subject to a claim of a property right, right to payment, and right to performance or interest in property evidenced by the digital asset.
(3)An action based on a claim of a property right, right to performance, or right of payment may not be asserted against a qualified purchaser. For the purposes of this subsection, a qualified purchaser is a purchaser of a di
