Idaho·Title 28 COMMERCIAL TRANSACTIONS·Part 1. AGREEMENTS BETWEEN SUPPLIERS AND DEALERS OF FARM EQUIPMENT
A supplier may not audit a dealer’s records with respect to any warranty claim submitted more than two (2) years before the date of the audit.
