§ 28-21-103 — PROVISIONS IN CONFLICT

Idaho·Title 28 COMMERCIAL TRANSACTIONS·Ch. 21 INDORSEMENT OF NONNEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENTS
To the extent that the provisions of this chapter may conflict with provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code, the provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code shall control in transactions where applicable.
