§ 28-12-104 — LEASES SUBJECT TO OTHER LAW
Idaho·Title 28 COMMERCIAL TRANSACTIONS·Part 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS·Ch. 12 UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE — LEASES
(1)A lease, although subject to this chapter, is also subject to any applicable:
(a)Certificate of title statute of this state; or
(b)Certificate of title statute of another jurisdiction (section 28-12-105); or
(c)Provision of the Idaho credit code.
(2)In case of conflict between this chapter, other than sections 28-12-105, 28-12-304 (3), and 28-12-305 (3), and a statute or decision referred to in subsection (1) of this section, the statute controls.
(3)Failure to comply with an applicable law has only the effect specified therein.
