Text

(1)An Idaho corporation that is licensed under another law of this state or under any law of the United States may apply for and be issued a license under this chapter unless the transaction of business by that corporation as a licensee under another law of this state or a law of the United States violates this chapter or is contrary to the purposes of this chapter.
(2)An Idaho corporation that is licensed under this chapter may apply for and be issued a license under another law of this state or a law of the United States unless the transaction of business by that corporation as a licensee under another law of this state or a law of the United States would violate this chapter or would be contrary to the purposes of this chapter.
