§ 26-2613 — BANKS AS “ISSUING PUBLIC CORPORATIONS.”
Banks as "issuing public corporations." Notwithstanding any other provision of law, banks chartered by the state of Idaho and bank holding companies as defined in section 26-501, Idaho Code, shall be considered "issuing public corporations" as used in chapters 16 and 17, title 30, Idaho Code.
