Text
The director shall have the power to issue subpoenas as necessary to determine whether a person has violated any provision of this act, rule or order thereunder, to swear witnesses and to take the testimony of any person by deposition, with the same fees and mileage and in the same manner as prescribed by law in judicial procedure in district courts of this state in civil cases. Any party to a proposed revocation or suspension of a license shall have the right of subpoena to compel the attendance of witnesses and produce all reasonably necessary books and writings on his behalf.
