Text
(1)The department of finance, its director, employees, and former employees shall not disclose to any person or agency any fact or information obtained in the course of business of the department under this chapter, except in the course of their official duties for the department and in the following cases:
(a)When, by the provisions of this chapter or chapter 1, title 74, Idaho Code, it is made the duty of the department to make public records and publish the same;
(b)When the department is required by law to take special action regarding the affairs of any credit union;
(c)When called as a witness in any criminal proceeding in a court of competent jurisdiction, provided that the court must review such information in chambers to determine the necessity of disclosing such information,
