§ 26-2122 — COMPENSATION — CREDIT UNION MANAGER, EMPLOYMENT

Idaho·Title 26 BANKS AND BANKING·Ch. 21 IDAHO CREDIT UNION ACT
No officer, director, or committee member may be compensated, directly or indirectly, for his services as such; provided, however, an elected member of the board of directors may serve as a part-time treasurer and receive a salary for his services. This shall not be construed to prevent reimbursement of directors and committee members for actual expenses they may incur in carrying out the duties of their office. The board may authorize the employment of a credit union manager and other employees as needed to conduct the business of the credit union. The board shall establish the compensation to be paid to the manager and any other employees of the credit union which shall be charged as an expense of the credit union.
