Text
Transfers of fiduciary capacities not prohibited by section 68-107, Idaho Code. No transfer of fiduciary capacities pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to be a transfer or delegation prohibited by the provisions of section 68-107, Idaho Code.
