§ 23-802 — SUPERVISORY DUTY OF ATTORNEY GENERAL
Idaho·Title 23 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES·Ch. 8 ENFORCEMENT OF PENAL AND ABATEMENT PROVISIONS OF IDAHO LIQUOR ACT
If any prosecuting attorney, sheriff or local peace officer is guilty of nonfeasance, misfeasance or malfeasance in respect to his duties under this act, the attorney general of the state shall proceed against said offender in ouster or removal proceedings under chapter 41 of title 19, or as may be otherwise provided by law.
