§ 23-206 — POWERS AND DUTIES OF DIRECTOR AS SUCCESSOR TO IDAHO LIQUOR BOARD
The director of the division shall have the following general powers and duties.
(a)Supervision: To exercise general supervision of the conduct and business of the division.
(b)Rules and Regulations: To promulgate rules and regulations in the exercise of the governmental and proprietary powers and duties of the division.
