Text
For the purpose of the administration of this act, the director shall make, promulgate, and publish such rules and regulations as the director may deem necessary for carrying out the provisions of this act and for the orderly and efficient administration hereof, and except as may be limited or prohibited by law and the provisions of this act, such rules and regulations so made and promulgated shall have the force of statute. All rules and regulations adopted pursuant to the terms of this act shall be adopted in accordance with the subject to the provisions of chapter 52, title 67, Idaho Code.
