Text
No importer shall import wine into the state of Idaho for resale within the state to a destination other than the warehouse of a distributor within the state of Idaho. No distributor shall sell or distribute wine in this state except from stocks of wine which have been unloaded, stored and maintained in a warehouse or warehouses located within the state of Idaho and owned or used by such distributor in the conduct of his business as such. All records which a distributor is by law or rule required to maintain, shall be kept at his warehouse, or if such distributor shall have more than one (1) warehouse, then in the warehouse of such distributor which he shall designate as his principal warehouse within the state.
