Text
(a)Wine, as defined in this act, may be manufactured, imported into this state, possessed, distributed and sold in this state in the manner and under the conditions prescribed in this act and not otherwise.
(b)Nothing contained in this act shall prohibit the division from selling wine pursuant to the Idaho liquor act in any outlet of the division.
