§ 23-1045 — APPEALS

Idaho·Title 23 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES·Ch. 10 BEER
An appeal from the judgment of any district court on proceedings to contest a determination may be taken by either party to such proceedings to the Supreme Court of this state, in the same manner as in other civil actions. If the judgment of the district court shall affirm the determination of any licensing authority revoking or suspending license or refusing grant of renewal of license, further stay of the effective date of revocation or suspension or further continuance of temporary license pending appeal may be allowed if, in the discretion of the court and upon application therefor, order for such further stay or continuance shall be entered by the court.
