§ 23-1042 — PROCEDURE FOR OTHER LICENSING AUTHORITIES

The licensing authority of any county or incorporated municipality shall have and exercise the same powers to revoke, suspend, or to refuse grant of renewal of a retailer’s license issued or issuable by it, as are granted to the director in this act. The determination of any such licensing authority to revoke, suspend, or to refuse grant of renewal of any retailer’s license, shall be upon the same grounds referred to in section 23-1037, Idaho Code, and may also be upon the grounds that the licensee has violated an ordinance validly enacted by it and regulating, governing or prohibiting the sale, manufacture, transportation or possession of alcoholic beverages or intoxicating liquor, and notice thereof shall be given, and proceedings to contest said determination allowed, as provided for in
