Text

No general obligation bonds shall be issued until the question whether the bonds shall be issued is submitted to the qualified electors of the participating counties of the region and approved by a two-thirds (2/3) majority of those voting upon the question. As used in this section, "qualified elector" means a person entitled to vote in a school bond election. The question may be submitted at any general election or at a special election called for such purpose by the board of the authority. Notice of the submission of such proposition at any such election shall be published as provided in section 34-1406, Idaho Code. In all respects, procedures for such elections shall be in the same manner as provided in chapter 14, title 34, Idaho Code. The ballot to be voted at said election shall read
