§ 21-805A — ANNEXATION TO EXISTING AUTHORITY — ELECTION
Subsequent to the organization of a regional airport authority, any county which is contiguous and which voted in the negative and was excluded from the authority at the time of the election held as provided in section 21-805, Idaho Code, may vote to join the authority. The provisions of section 21-805, Idaho Code, shall apply as nearly as possible to the election to be held. The question to be submitted to the electors of the existing authority and to the electors of the county wishing to be annexed shall clearly indicate the degree of financial participation of each of the participating counties should the annexation be approved, the division among the participating counties of any existing bond or debt obligations should the annexation be approved, and the representation on the permanen
