§ 21-149 — CONFLICTS WITH OTHER LAWS

Idaho·Title 21 AERONAUTICS·Ch. 1 AERONAUTICS ADMINISTRATION
Whenever any provisions of the existing laws of the state or of any laws enacted at the fortieth session of the Idaho legislature, are in conflict with the provisions of this act, it is the declared intention of the legislature that the provisions of this act shall control and supersede all such laws.
