Idaho Statutes
§ 21-123 — SEPARABILITY
If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any person or circumstance shall be held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the provisions of application of this act which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or applications, and to this end the provisions of this act are declared to be severable.
