§ 16-1646 — STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND WELFARE ANNUAL REPORT

Idaho·Title 16 JUVENILE PROCEEDINGS·Ch. 16 CHILD PROTECTIVE ACT
The state department of health and welfare shall submit an annual report regarding the foster care program to the germane standing committees of the legislature no later than ten (10) days following the start of each regular session. On or before February 15 of each year, the state department of health and welfare shall appear before the germane standing committees to present the report. Such report shall include, but need not be limited to, the number of children that are in the department’s legal custody pursuant to this chapter, the number of such children who have been placed in foster care, how many times such children have been moved to different foster care homes and the reasons for such moves, best practices in foster care, goals to improve the foster care system in Idaho to ensure
