§ 14-5-503 — NOTICE BY ADMINISTRATOR

Idaho·Title 14 ESTATES OF DECEDENTS·Part 5 NOTICE TO APPARENT OWNER OF PROPERTY PRESUMED ABANDONED·Ch. 5 REVISED UNCLAIMED PROPERTY ACT
(1)The administrator shall give notice to an apparent owner that property presumed abandoned and appearing to be owned by the apparent owner is held by the administrator under this chapter.
(2)In providing notice under subsection (1) of this section, the administrator shall:
(a)Publish every three (3) months in at least one (1) newspaper of general circulation in each county in this state notice of property held by the administrator that must include:
(i)The internet web address of the unclaimed property website maintained by the administrator;
(ii)A telephone number and electronic mail address to contact the administrator to inquire about or claim property; and
(iii)A statement that a person may access the internet by a computer to search for unclaimed property and that a computer m
