§ 1-2204 — DISTRICT MAGISTRATES COMMISSION — MEETINGS — QUORUM — OFFICERS — RULES
The district magistrates commission of each judicial district shall meet initially to organize and transact any necessary business on the second Monday of September, 1977, unless earlier convened, and at such other times as shall be necessary in the discharge of its official duties. The commission shall meet at the times and places determined by the commission or by the chairman after reasonable notice. In addition a meeting may be called by any three (3) of the voting members after reasonable notice. A majority of the voting members of the commission shall constitute a quorum. The commission shall act by affirmative vote of a majority of the voting members present. The commission shall elect a vice-chairman to serve until the 30th day of June of the next succeeding year or until a success
