Text
In addition to other victim rights provided in this chapter, victims of elder abuse shall have the following rights:
1.Therighttofileaprosepetitionforrelieffromelderabuseinthedistrictcourt,pursuant
to chapter 235F.
2.The right to receive a no-contact order upon a finding of probable cause, pursuant to
section 664A.3.
