Members of the executive council, the attorney general, the lieutenant governor, members ofthegeneralassembly, judgesofthesupremeanddistrictcourtandcourtofappeals, judicial magistrates, county attorneys, and persons ordained or designated as regular leaders of a religious community are authorized to visit all institutions under the control of the Iowa department of corrections at reasonable times. No other person shall be granted admission except by permission of the superintendent or district director, as applicable.
