Text
The superintendent or the district director, as applicable, shall within three days of the
commitment or entrance of a person at the institution notify the director if there is any
question as to the propriety of the commitment or detention of any person received at the
institution, and the director upon notification shall inquire into the matter presented, and
take appropriate action.
