Text
The director of the department of administrative services shall not authorize payment
for construction purposes until satisfactory proof has been furnished to the director of the
department of administrative services by the proper officer or supervising architect, that the
contract has been complied with by the parties. Payments shall be made in a manner similar
to that in which the current expenses of the institutions are paid.
