Text
The director may secure the services of consultants to furnish advice on administrative,
professional, or technical problems to the director or the employees of institutions under
the director’s jurisdiction or to provide in-service training and instruction for the employees.
The director may pay the consultants from funds appropriated to the department or to any
institution under the department’s jurisdiction.
