Text

Every officer or person who shall arrest anyone with a warrant or order issued by any court or officer, or who shall be required to convey a prisoner to such jail on an order of 9 COMMENCEMENT OF ACTIONS — ARREST — DISPOSITIONS OF PRISONERS, §804.30 commitment, may be allowed the same fees and expenses as provided for in case of such services by the sheriff.
