Text
When the proceedings are before a judge, except when the writ is refused, all the papers
in the case, including the judge’s final order, shall be filed with the clerk of the district court
of the county wherein the final proceedings were had, and a memorandum thereof shall be
entered by the clerk upon the judgment docket.
