Text
If the determination of the successor of a beneficial interest in a trust is dependent upon
whether a beneficiary has survived the death of a settlor, of another beneficiary, or of any
other person, the uniform simultaneous death Act, sections 633.523 through 633.528, shall
govern the determination of who shall be considered to have died first.
