1.Ifatrusteehasdiscretionastopaymentstoabeneficiary,andrefusestomakepayments orexerciseitsdiscretion, thecourtshallneitherorderthetrusteetoexerciseitsdiscretionnor order payment from any such trust, if any such payment would inure, directly or indirectly, to the benefit of a creditor of the beneficiary.

2.Notwithstanding subsection 1, the court may order payment to a creditor of a beneficiary or to a creditor of a deceased beneficiary if the beneficiary has or had an interest in the trust.
