Text
When any instrument executed in accordance with sections 633.95 through 633.97 is to be
recorded in a county other than the county in which the estate is pending, there shall also be
recorded a certificate executed by the clerk of the court making the appointment, with seal
affixed, showing the name of the court making the appointment, the date of the same, and
that such fiduciary had not been discharged at the time of the execution of such instrument.
