Text
When there is no conservatorship, nor any application therefor pending, in this state, the
duly qualified foreign conservator or guardian of a nonresident protected person may, upon
application, be appointed conservator of the property of such person in this state; provided
that a resident conservator is appointed to serve with the foreign conservator; and provided
further, that for good cause shown, the court may appoint the foreign conservator to act alone
without the appointment of a resident conservator.
